🌵 Campground Rules

We are so glad to have you here. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone and to protect our local environment, please observe the following house rules:

Water is a precious, finite resource in Cerritos. All water is manually trucked in from a local aqua-filler.

• The "Fill Only" Rule: Our water is pressurized at 30 psi for the purpose of filling your RV tanks. Please do not leave your RV connected directly to the supply as you would with city water. Use your onboard pump for daily use.
• Prohibited Activities: To conserve water and protect our septic system, the washing of vehicles/trailers and the flushing of RV black tanks is not permitted on site.

• Garbage: Pickup is Monday morning (7:00 am – 8:00 am). Please bring your bin outside the front gates.
• Payment: The cost is 100 pesos per full bin. If you have excess garbage, please add additional pesos accordingly.
• Recycling: Use the large blue bins for beverage containers only (Aluminum cans, glass, and plastic bottles). Rule of thumb: If you didn’t drink from it, it goes in the trash. Please crush all cans and plastic bottles to save space.

• Vehicle Clearance: Everything you own must fit within the footprint of your allocated lot. You must park in a way that allows you to fully walk around your vehicles and equipment without leaving your designated space.
• Protect Our Greenery: Our desert garden beds are a labor of love! Please ensure that no part of your vehicle, truck, or RV slide-outs/pull-outs extends over the garden beds.
• Placement: Please park your vehicle directly in front of or next to your RV. Do not park in open or empty lots.
• Outdoor Gear: If you are using a screen room (Clam) or outdoor enclosure, ensure it, your RV, and your truck all remain within your allocated footprint without encroaching on neighbors or gardens.

To maintain the peace of the park, generator use is limited to:

• Morning: 8:00 am – 10:00 am
• Afternoon: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
• For special circumstances, please contact management.

• Fire Pit: You are welcome to use the fire pit at any time after dusk. We purchase wood from a local farmer at a cost of $1 USD per piece. We kindly ask for donations to the wood fund to cover what you burn.
• Propane Fireplace: Located in the Palapa. If you wish to use it, please provide your own propane tank. The connection is located at the back of the palapa, opposite the stairs.

• We love pets! However, they must remain on a leash at all times.
• Please be a good neighbor and pick up your dog’s waste daily.

The pool is 1.4m deep.

• Safety First: Use at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No Glass: For safety, please do not bring glass containers into the pool area.
