Our Story
Our journey started when our families set out to live a different life, one off the grid, away from the ordinary. Our families have been exploring Canada, USA and Baja Mexico for over 4 years in our RVs. We have stayed at hundreds of RV parks, National Parks and open land. Having traveled well over 50,000 miles combined, we’ve always wondered when and where we could we create our own unique RV park.
We shared a desire to find somewhere warm to spend our winters and away from all the hustle and bustle of traditional life. After we committed to traveling into Baja we knew we were onto something. Spending New Year’s Eve in shorts and T-shirt, finding great food, watching the kids playing in the ocean ticked all the boxes. This is when we choose to purchase our first property in Baja and create extra camping spots for friends and family in our growing RV Community.
The lot is located in a small surf town on the Pacific Ocean called “Los Cerritos” and has space for 6 large RVs. The first year we built a water tower and a septic system. Being located in the desert, with little electrical infrastructure, having solar is a must. Luckily in our RV community, many full-time families are well equipped with solar. With our two amenities we opened our doors and were fully booked for the winter season.
Our RV park is family orientated with a communal fire pit that brings everyone together. We are currently building a raised sitting area below a palapa with ocean views, at least 4 new lots, with more exciting additions on the horizons.

Regional Advantages
Los Cerritos is a growing new community right on the Pacific Ocean. It attracts surfers, artists, retirees and more and more families every year. A vibrant buzzing community with numerous family and kid friendly activities from surfing, beach camp, pottery, dance, futbol and more. Ideally located a mile from El Pescadero, one of the original fishing monger towns, with multiple grocers, and many local cuisine and community opportunities to explore. A short 20 minute drive to the historic Todos Santos, with it many farmers markets, galleries, shops and restaurants. Lastly 50 minutes from Cabo San Lucas, where families can find larger stores (Soriano, Costco, Walmart), more dining experiences, water activities and more.
